To ensure outstanding quality at all steps within a project, AMG, Inc., builds quality assurance and quality control into a project with these activities:

Staffing — includes the most qualified staff as part of a project's human resources
Concept peer review — reviews design concepts with senior-level designers & engineers for such issues as constructibility, alternative solutions, & analysis methods
Document checks — reviews drawings, calculations, & reports for accuracy & completeness prior to their final release
Mentoring — assigns mentors at the beginning of the project to provide a critical link & critical answers to the project team
Independent project review — expects the continuous improvement team to perform project reviews at 30%, 60%, & 90% of project completion to assure that progress and quality are on-track
